A Northern California lumberjack managed to save enough money to send his only son to college.
The young man had helped his father and knew how hard he worked.
Upon graduation, the son vowed to buy his father a present that would make his father's life easier.
The boy knew his father could cut down about 20 trees on any given day with an axe.
So, he decided to buy his father a John Deer Chain Saw
A couple of months later when the boy returned home, he noticed how run down his dad was.
The old man said it was getting harder and harder to keep up with cutting down his quota of trees.
The boy asked to see the chain saw. He checked the gas and the oiler and everything was fine. Then he yanked on the cord and immediately it roared to life.
At this point his father jumped back and screamed, "WHAT'S THAT NOISE?! WHAT'S THAT NOISE?!
