The executive left the building for the last time feeling pretty chipper AND richer, for having received a sizable payout.
Walking down the street, she heard a voice. "You are going to live to be 100 years old!"
"God, is that you"
"You are going to live to be 100 years old!" A voice came out from heaven.
The executive, a young 60, figured, wow, she had forty more years to go. So, she took her payout and went to get some serious work done on herself.
A tummy tuck, some botox and few other cuts and pinches later and she looked drop dead beautiful and not a day over 40.
After a bit of a recovery, she was walking along and then turned to cross the street.
SMACK!!! A bus ran over her and killed her.
Up in heaven, she went up to God, "I thought you said I would live to be 100!?"
God looked back, "Huh!? Is that you? I didn't even recognize you."
