In the lobby of a Moscow hotel across from Russian Orthodox monastery:

           You are welcome to visit the cemetary where famous Russian
           and Soviet composers, artists, and writers are buried daily
           except Thursday.

But because the ground is usually frozen they only bury them on the Thursday that falls in the summer. Summer is usually July 16th from 1pm -2:30pm.  Meaning it's every seven years that a Thursday falls on the only day of summer unless there is a leap year in there somewhere....
