Hutchinson, Minnesota would not sell Russian Vodka. The key word in that sentence is "not."

The city attorney, Barry Anderson, commented on the end to the banning of Russian vodka.

"It took six years, but the city of Hutchinson finally brought the Soviet Union to its knees."
